Photo /Video Consent

I, hereby grant permission to Africentric Arts, its employees, partners, representatives, and agents to take photographs and videos of me/my child during this iLead Youth Leadership Program. I understand that these photographs and/or videos may be used for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to, social media, websites, brochures, posters, and other promotional materials. I hereby release and discharge Africentric Fashion, and their respective representatives from any and all claims, actions, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs/videos, including, without limitation, any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. I have read and understood the terms of this agreement and willingly agree to its terms. (You have the option to opt out of having your child photographed.
