Step up and discover your leadership potential in 13 weeks! Designed for youth aged 12–18, iLead equips participants with critical skills to become confident, impactful leaders in their communities. Through expert coaching, hands-on activities, and peer connections, participants will build communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities while tackling real-world challenges.

The iLead Youth Leadership Program is designed for youth ages 13–17 to build leadership skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive and engaging environment. Participants will explore the fundamentals of leadership while creating and presenting a passion project that addresses a community need.
This program helps youth earn leadership hours for school, receive a certificate of completion, and provides an opportunity to apply their skills by serving as team leaders for Africentric Arts Summer Camp.
Presented on weekends, the program builds character, fosters active citizenship, and develops social, emotional, and practical skills while encouraging meaningful contributions to their communities.

1. Do I need prior leadership experience to join?
No prior experience is needed! The program is designed for all skill levels and helps participants grow at their own pace.2. What happens if I miss a session?
We encourage participants to attend all sessions, but recordings or resources from missed virtual sessions will be provided to help you catch up.3. Is the location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the TriCALA Office is wheelchair accessible to ensure all participants can fully engage in the program.4. What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the program start date. After this, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.5. Will there be a certificate of completion?
Yes, participants who complete the program will receive a certificate of achievement to showcase their leadership growth. -
